Export & International Supply

Material quoted from Dubai for buyers outside the UAE — distributors, importers, trading companies and contractors sourcing for their own market.

How it works

Quoting an export enquiry

Dubai is a working trading base. Material that is quoted for a site in the UAE is quoted on the same basis for a buyer outside it — the difference is in the despatch terms, the documentation and the lead time, not in the product or the price basis.

We quote export enquiries for aluminium profiles and systems, architectural glass, aluminium composite panel, and aluminium sheet and plate. Installation works are carried out in the UAE only; export is material supply.

What we need for an export quotation

An export enquiry needs two things a domestic one does not: the destination, and the quantity in a form that can be consolidated into a shipment.

  • Product and specification, or the application
  • Quantity — by sheet, square metre, linear metre or container load
  • Sizes, or a cutting schedule
  • Destination country and the port or city
  • Required delivery date
  • Any documentation your side needs at import

If you are not sure of the specification, describe what the material is for. We would rather confirm the right product before pricing than quote the wrong one quickly.

Despatch terms are confirmed per order

We do not publish standard shipping terms, because they depend on the destination, the volume and what your side is set up to handle. Some buyers take material ex-works in Dubai and arrange their own freight; others want it quoted delivered. Tell us which you prefer with the enquiry and we will confirm what we can offer for that destination.

Where we cannot support a destination or a term, we will say so rather than quote something we cannot deliver.

Markets we quote

We welcome enquiries from the wider GCC — Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain — from North Africa, including Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco, and from selected European markets.

These are the markets we quote into. They are not a claim to have offices, stock or completed projects in any of them.

Documentation

For material we supply, we pass on the manufacturer's documentation — datasheets, material certificates and test certificates where the product carries them. Tell us at enquiry stage if your import process, your consultant or your client requires specific documents, so we can confirm availability before you place the order rather than after.
